Karter was...nervous. Valentine's Day was easily the teens favorite holiday out of all the holidays. And now it was even better since he could spend it with Adam, his new boyfriend. They'd been dating for months now and Karter had never fallen for someone so perfect. From the way he acted to his voice, Adam was definitely perfect. Karter was madly in love..but they hadn't said it to one another. It was too soon and they were just kids. 

Karter was still going to do something romantic with Adam for their first Valentine's together as a couple- not that romantic, but something simple. Their spot was the beach. They both loved it a lot. It was around 9pm at night and since Karter was a Cabin Leader, he'd easily convinced his boss to let them out this one night and after lots of begging and crying..he agreed.

Karter had set up a blanket on the sand, a basket with Adam's favorite things; chocolate, strawberries, pineapples, etc. They'd just lay there together then go swimming for a little bit. Nothing too big, but something intimate for them. Karter lay on the blanket, the moon shining on his bare chest.

Now, he just waited for his amazing boyfriend to arrive.

Adam was definitely nervous..but he was convinced it was just because this was one of the first things him and Karter did as..boyfriends. Well, officially atleast. They’d pretty much did everything together, including sleep- not THAT way, but they’d slept in the same bed before.

It was around 9:15pm when Adam arrived, he didn’t want to leave his new boyfriend waiting any longer than he had. The son of Ares walked confidently towards their spot on the beach and he couldn’t help, but smile.

“You never fail to impress me,” Adam said with a smile as he launched himself into Karter’s arms and took a moment to lay his messy brown hair on the taller teen’s chest. “This is amazing, thank you for this,” Adam said. He knew they hadn’t done anything, but still, the thought of this was just..exciting.
